ECR Minerals, an Australia-focused gold mining company, has announced a change in its leadership structure. Chief Executive Officer Andrew Haythorpe will be stepping down to pursue other interests, while Nicholas Tulloch has been appointed as the new Executive Director and Managing Director. Additionally, Michael Whitlow will take on the role of Chief Operating Officer.
New Appointments
Tulloch, the founder and CEO of health-and-wellness company Voyager Life, brings over 20 years of experience advising companies on UK capital markets. Throughout his career, he has specialized in working with international resources companies. Prior to his current role, Tulloch served as the Finance Director and later as the CEO of Zoetic International, now known as Chill Brands Group.
Whitlow, on the other hand, has an extensive background in investing in and financing small-cap and start-up companies. With over 20 years of experience in this field, his expertise will be a valuable addition to ECR Minerals. Whitlow will soon be joining the board and working alongside Tulloch to address the company’s operational and strategic opportunities.
Future Updates
ECR Minerals has already begun working on its operational and strategic plans under the leadership of Tulloch and Whitlow. The company expects to provide shareholders with a further update in the near future.
