Anheuser-Busch InBev S.A. ADR (BUD) experienced a slight increase of 0.62%, reaching $55.39 on Thursday. This positive movement comes in contrast to the overall disappointing performance of the stock market, with both the S&P 500 Index (SPX) and the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) experiencing declines of 0.77% and 0.84% respectively.

This rise in the price of BUD shares halted a two-day losing streak for the company. However, it is worth noting that Anheuser-Busch InBev S.A. ADR closed $11.70 below its 52-week high of $67.09, which was reached on March 31st.

In comparison to its competitors on Thursday, BUD outperformed Kirin Holdings Co. Ltd. ADR (KNBWY), which saw a minimal increase of 0.07% to $13.62. Conversely, San Miguel Corp. (SMGBF) experienced a significant decline of 3.14% to $1.85, and Compania Cervecerias Unidas S.A. ADR (CCU) also saw a decrease of 1.30% to $15.19.

Despite the modest gain, BUD’s trading volume was lower than its 50-day average volume, standing at 1.3 million, compared to the average volume of 2.3 million.
