Powerhouse EA

Powerhouse EA works with thirteen major symbols by using a combination of 4 different strategies. According to the vendor’s claims, the expert advisor can generate a 5-8% of average monthly profit, it has been profitable for four months, and places 15 trades/day on average.

The robot comes with a couple of default set files which can be used to define the risk ratio. The author is clear on the refund policy but doesn’t provide a good insight into the strategic game plan of the system. Our review will help the investors know if it’s a good decision to trust the service provider and invest in his product.

Pricing & refund

Powerhouse EA comes with a price tag of $497 for a one-time payment. The purchase plan includes the MT5 version of the robot, the user manual, free updates and upgrades, and service support. The developer applies a one-month refund policy, but the overall features are low, and the asking price is high compared to other algorithms available.

Trading strategy

The algorithm uses cross-currency/ EA collaboration and comes with low/high-risk settings. Traders require at least $5000 to use the algorithm; however, it will add risk to your portfolio. From Myfxbook records, we observe the use of arithmetic martingale strategy. The algorithm is the most active between 8-9 AM.

The vendor fails to provide any backtesting records which can be used to know the historical performance of the robot on past data. However, some pictures of individual backtesting stats and a link to download all of them are present on the developer’s website. Still, it keeps you directed towards the checkout section upon clicking.

The most trades were placed in the EURUSD symbol at a total of 586. The drawdown of the robot is at 12.50%, which is average, but the use of grid strategy by a robot cannot be unseen because of its risky approach.

Summary: is Powerhouse EA a trustworthy robot?

Powerhouse EA
2.8 5 0 1
Powerhouse EA fails to provide backtesting data that can be used to know the robot's profitability and performance on historical data. The verified live records are present on Myfxbook, but the short duration of merely four months is not sufficient to know the true output of the robot. Although the vendor is clear on its money-back policy, the high asking price is not convincing enough. The lack of strategic insight and vendor transparency are also red flags and should be considered before investing in this algorithm.
